Pet Policy

Pets are allowed with prior approval and are subject to a cleaning fee based on the length of stay:

• $35 per night for 1–4 nights

• $250 per pet for 5–29 nights

• $400 per pet for 30+ nights

To ensure safety and compliance, all guests must complete verification before arrival. This may include:

• Providing a valid government-issued ID

Please Note:

The thermostat is preset to a comfortable temperature range. Only the Host can adjust it remotely if necessary. Guests may request temperature changes, as direct control access is limited.



A $49 Damage Protection Program applies to your stay and protects against accidental damages up to $150.
