At this sumptuously-decorated East Dallas retreat, swim in the heated pool, soak in the hot tub, and relax on the deck while the rest of your crew plays lawn games by the pond. Inside, you’ll find a smartly arranged layout with stylish decor, TVs in every room, and a roomy kitchen for easy family meals. Head over to the nearby Arboretum or walk the lakeside trails at White Rock—both are just 3 minutes away. A gorgeous, fully-equipped home base for exploring DFW.

Guests have 100% private access to the entire home, backyard, and all amenities—except the garage and shed.
Getting Around:
Located in a quiet East Dallas neighborhood just off I-30, you’ll be close to major sights with easy access to downtown, airports, and the lake.
Other Things to Note:
• This is a quiet home in a residential neighborhood; Dallas noise ordinance is in effect from 10PM to 7AM
• Smoking/vaping is allowed outdoors only— $500 cleaning fee if broken.
• Fireplace in the living room is not functional — please don’t use it
• Pool heating is $150/day (2-day minimum) — request at least 48 hrs in advance
• Hot tub heat is included (up to 6 hrs/day)
• Some lawn games may be temporarily unavailable due to guest wear — we replace parts as needed
• Garage and backyard shed are not accessible to guests
