“The biggest disappointment was the pool. I thought the pool would be enjoyable for everyone, but it was definitely more like a babysitter for people‘s children. It was an absolute zoo in that filthy cloudy pool, and I never even got to put a toe into it. Otherwise, the rest of the day was pretty good.”

“We've stayed here many times, being one of the first customers when they first opened. The location is 10 out of 10. The property itself is 9 out of 10. They need to do some upkeep inside. Our room was pretty good except - the bathroom shower needs attention. Needs new caulking and a thorough deep cleaning. The refrigerator in our room sounded like Darth Vadar ALL night. It took a bit to get the AC regulated, but we finally did. The most annoying thing was our room key - we had to get it……

“I stayed 3 nights. I had to calm and request wash clothes for the bathroom as there were none in the room at time of arrival.
The next morning I left around 10:00 am and came back late and found my room hadn’t been cleaned/made up, not a huge deal but I had to request coffee for the next morning.
The next day I again had to request coffee as it had not been restocked and from what I remember I only had my room visited by the made once during my stay and I did not put the “enjoying the room”……

“I chose this hotel because breakfast was included, but unfortunately that ended up being one of the biggest disappointments of my stay. I tried making one of the self-serve waffles, and it tasted sour. I took a few more bites just to make sure I wasn’t imagining it or being overly picky, but it definitely seemed off, almost like the batter had spoiled.
Another issue was that my husband found a roach in our room. Thankfully he didn’t tell me until after we checked out because I’m terrified of……
