「We extended our stay in Melfort village and were rewarded with beautiful weather. Upper Cooperage is a lovely comfortable apartment which now has an ensuite shower room as well as main bathroom. Everything we need is provided and the village is so peaceful and relaxing. All the staff are welcoming & helpful & the Monday music night was great fun. Recommend a stay here.」

「An excellent discovery of the Melfort Village. Our cottage was perfect in every way. Clean and very cosy with all the essentials. The location is really good as if is slightly raised over the village and the view from the main area and master bedroom is stunning. You can see over the villages and through the lake. 「Excellent location, the hot tub was extremely welcome, the view was unbeatable. Food at the restaurant was delicious! Lodge had all the amenities we needed. We didn’t get any communication prior to arriving, the directions in Apple Maps took us to completely the wrong place. No email from Vrbo as I was told to expect, we took a chance and drove a little further and found the location. Use Google Maps in this area!」

「What a find! This little hoos on a loch with a hot tub was cosy and perfect as a base for our Glencoe hikes. We had evening and morning hot tubs and loved watching the weather come over. The restaurant next door was excellent and the hosts helpful and friendly. Was hard to leave!」
