「The hotel is poorly maintained, with many items being old or defective. For instance, the toilet seat would slide around every time it was used; I reported this to the management, and although they promised to fix it, no one ever did before we checked out. 「We visited during the off season, and the staff treated us with so much care and attention. The property is beautiful, and close to an adorable town, and amazing beaches. Our highlight was choosing the half board option and enjoying the dining experience. Some of the best meals we had during iur two weeks abroad. We also enjoyed the hotel spa each night which was a great way to wind down.」
