“The hotel is a very short distance from the M6, which makes it an ideal stop over. The accommodation was really comfortable with lovely restaurant and bar facilities. Reception staff were very helpful, with requests for a fridge,a more comfortable chair for my husband, and sorting out tv. Breakfast was really nice.
It was a shame weather could have been better, but did not stop us from going places.

“We have enjoyed a fantastic 2 night stay, the location was spot on only 2 minutes to Lake Windermere and the ferry landing point.
Colin is the perfect host, very attentive, knowledgeable of the area and looked after us well.
Breakfast was a lovely; full English in a cosy setting.
The room was fine with all amenities. It was our birthdays whilst there and Colin decorated the room, these touches are most appreciated.
Definitely recommend 10/10”
