The lobby literally smelled of feces. No restaurants had availability. Not a single staff member smiled or was pleasant. The bathrooms were unclean with trash cans overflowing with toilet paper covered in feces, urine or blood. The buffet upset my stomach. Uncomfortable, unclean, chaotic, & rude. ...
