“La experiencia en el hotel dejó mucho que desear. Cada vez que querías pedir algo del menú primero tenías que preguntar si realmente había disponibilidad, porque constantemente faltaban cosas. Los desayunos tenían muy poca variedad y terminaban siendo repetitivos. Además, en varias ocasiones el personal de limpieza abrió la puerta de la habitación sin previo aviso, lo cual fue bastante incómodo y afectó nuestra privacidad. En cuanto a amenidades, prácticamente no ofrecen productos de higiene……

“Hi this trip was not the best experience at all. In confresi resort most of the staff have attitudes, all room service was the worst, phone didn’t work, the jacuzzi has mold in jets, there was no hot water to our room for 4 days we asked to get changed to another room they said sure and never switched us, there food was getting almost everyone sick even the fruits were rotten in the buffets, our room door was broken and they left us out the room for hours then got us in and never fixed the door……

“The room is clean and the host is eager to provide service. Location wise, it is not close to city center or tourist attractions. There is one restaurant that you can order take out. All in all, it's good value for the money.”

“No no no!!!!These shameful people.They said property would not be ready until 6pm.They send someone to get me by630.Yhey took CB me to an entirely different location.They said I only need be there for one night until my orringal place was ready. There was no hot water and no AC.I refused to stay,, the ask e for cab.. Because I did not stay at this substitute they then said I could not stayyvbh”

“This brand new development is in excellent condition, the swimming pool is amazing and free parking. The area is extremely safe in a gated community, however, they still provided security guards just to make you feel safe even though it’s not needed. Plenty of great local restaurants and beaches. Everything was provided, the bed was very comfy and all the furniture was brand new and only 5 minutes from Ocean World. I’m definitely coming back! ”
