普拉塔港大海滩附近酒店

“A nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, high ceiling, A/C. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the restaurant, really drags this hotel down. Extremly long wait to receive our meals, cold. 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for breakfast. Also, internet did not reach all the bed rooms which was annoying. Not major but still something to mention. Besides that, everything this hotels brings up is great”

“Los dueños, son súper amables y atentos se los recomiendo quedan los lugares súper cerca y aunque es pequeño la verdad súper bien”

“We had a wonderful stay! The host and his companion were absolutely amazing, very welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They took us to Costambar, where we had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed the experience. The chef was also excellent, and breakfast was delicious. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here. We would love to come back again!”

“Very clean. Comfortable. Close to the beach. There are cafes and restaurants on the beach to suit every taste and budget. Great pool.”

“For 3 star hotel at the center of the city, it was excellent for us! And of course you will hear the sound of vehicles. Only thing is there is no available parking but I did pay for parking from the other property management. The Dominican breakfast really good!”

“Clean room comforts nice kitchen and good staff. Thank you!!”

“The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the room was also infested with flies, and we had to deal with them throughout the entire night. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and professionalism from the hotel.”

“The Staff were rude and disrespectful. We tried to explain the situation amicably but they did not try to compromise or make us their customer feel welcome. We booked a 1000 sq ft room with 2 available beds shown in pictures but instead were given a room less than half the size. Obviously we weren’t happy but instead of trying to solve they escalated the situation by telling us they could not do anything to accommodate the reservation seeing as though the room they gave us only had one bed. Also……

“We were treated poorly. There are regulations that do not make sense. Many scammed. When things went wrong staff was of no help. The waiters are very kind but the staff problem solving was of no use. I would NEVER stay again”

“Es un lugar sensillo para pasar unos dia tranquilo. Lo mejot de todo es whe tiene una cosina para tu cosinar tu propia comida. Y sobre todo la limpieza 10 de 10. No es algo lujoso pero si. Tranquilo y limpio. La nevera es sensilla pero enfrio en un dosnpor tres. ”

“Very nice little studio, conveniently located in the turistic areas, very clean. I would say that only 2 people can be comfortably accommodated. The locals are not familiar with the hotel and is not visible from the street. You have to really pay attention to the sign outside. Other than that is a great option.”
