“I really felt like I was at home I would go back there again”

“The hotel is on a busy street. Half of the building is being renovated. There is some construction noise from around 8am. And there was noise from dogs barking during the night sometimes.The hotel location is close to the centro area, but nowhere close to a nice beach. The beach in Puerto Plata is an embarassment to the city and the country. Full of garbage.The staff were all very nice. the price per night is very reasonable. ”

“Everything is very clear, lots of stores and restaurants nearby easily commutable to walk around. Only thing bathroom is very small.”

“The room was clean, the ambiance of the hotel was great. We loved the bohemian chic decor and modern feel of this hotel which has probably been recently renovated/updated. It was a last minute booking and we were surprised at how nice it was, I wish we had time to enjoy the pool. The breakfast included was perfect. We would definitely stay here again”

“Fue horrible, la mujer que me atendió fue súper grosera por teléfono, avisó media hora DESPUÉS de la hora del check in que cancelaba la reservación, entiendo que no tenía agua en la propiedad pero eso debió avisarlo por lo menos un día antes, nos dejó a mi familia y a mi sin alojamiento ese mismo día! Horrible experiencia ”

“Hi, I cannot say enough excellent things, but I guess if I had to start at the top, I would say I took a taxi from the airport and I showed up at this amazing place and when I stepped out of the car, somebody greeted me by name and I was so confused and he looked at me and he said excuse me do you speak English because I was so stunned. I was like who could possibly know me here…. And that’s how I was treated…. like family. It was amazing! I feel like the listing doesn’t do it justice what this……

“Overall we had a great time. We stayed here for a full week and loved the pools, the spa, the beach bed setup and the beach itself. We had the VIP wristbands but needed to be "members" to eat anywhere else on the resort which is massive. So with just the buffet, the food was very medicore. Also, nothing is explained to you about what you do or don't have access to on the property which is difficult, you have to ask a lot of questions. The beach area for VIPs had a sushi bar which was VERY good……

“Terrible customer service, lack of communication, empathy, noticed the difference between customer with membership and without it, I also booked 2 double beds room a least nearby, and they placed us in different buildings. Never again! ”
