The home is stunning, exactly as advertised. There was plenty of room for myself, husband, grown children, and their children. The view is amazing!

This property is fabulous. We had a large group and needed to rent both the main house and the cottage. We all could fit at the dining room table in front of those giant windows facing the bay. The kitchen was incredible, and we prepared most of our meals for the whole crowd right there. The outdoor kitchen/grill came in very handy. The beauty of the woodwork and architectural details in the house can be appreciated for hours. But the ultimate hook for me was the setting: with the pond and its wildlife out back, and the bay and all the beautiful landscaping out front; and, of course, the pier, which the whole family delighted in. All this and I haven't yet mentioned the hundreds of yards of private beach that we enjoyed. We had a few small issues with some items in the house, but the property manager responded quickly with maintenance personnel. This house is peace and quiet, serenity, beauty, nature, and refreshment. It just feels good being there.

Beautiful and relaxing place! Our whole family had an amazing time! I would definitely recommend this place especially for larger groups. My only ‘complaint’ was the communication and response to problems or issues we had during the stay. We either received no response or very delayed: examples were thermostat initially set to a warmer than comfortable setting, leaking fridge, and security system that kept beeping. We did get the thermostat fixed after about 3 hours but no response on fridge or security system. Both issues seemed to resolve after 24 hours but started again the last night. Not sure what the problem was but never got a response.
