When you check in at Villa Les Mouettes, you’re choosing a “walk-to-everything” lifestyle! The house is right next to a lively pedestrian street and is located just steps away from shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach ?️

- During the season: This vibrant neighborhood pulses with the rhythm of local life. It’s the perfect location if you love being in the heart of the action and enjoying outdoor dining. Being right in the heart of town also means plenty of activity: the sounds of town life and the outdoor dining areas are an integral part of the experience during the summer months.
- Hours: The bars and restaurants right outside the house stay open and are bustling until 1 a.m. at the latest, and the summer night market ends at 11 p.m. every Wednesday.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR

A bright, well-designed living space featuring a sitting area, a dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen. This level also includes a bathroom with a spacious shower and a separate toilet.

UPSTAIRS

The sleeping area features two beautiful, comfortable bedrooms bathed in natural light:
- The master bedroom: Equipped with a 140 cm double bed and a private bathroom with a sink.
- The family bedroom: Equipped with a 90 cm single bed and a bunk bed (a 140 cm double bed on the bottom and a 90 cm single bed on the top).

EXTERIOR

A real asset right in the heart of town, the private, fully enclosed courtyard guarantees complete privacy (no direct views from neighboring properties). It features a furnished patio for al fresco dining and lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The entire property is reserved exclusively for you.

✨ LINENS ✨

To give you the option, bed linens and towels are not included in the rental rate.

- COMFORT OPTION: Our concierge service offers complete kits (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels) for €30 per double bed and €20 per single bed. Be sure to order them when you make your reservation!
All linens provided must be returned in full and in perfect condition. In the event of loss, damage, or permanent stains, replacement fees will apply.

- TRAVELER OPTION: You may bring your own linens. Be sure to bring: bed linens, towels, bath mats, and dish towels. For hygiene reasons, the use of sheets is mandatory (sleeping without sheets or in a sleeping bag is not permitted).

The house is located right in the heart of Damgan, a lively, family-friendly seaside resort. Its ultra-central location is ideal for exploring everything on foot: the wide, sandy beaches, markets, shops, and outdoor cafés are right on your doorstep.
Please note that the house borders the pedestrian zone: it’s a perfect spot for summer vibes, but less suitable if you’re looking for absolute quiet.

- Damgan’s Main Beach is a 3-minute walk away. Kervoyal Beaches are a 7-minute bike ride and a 5-minute drive away.
- Grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, shops, and a movie theater are all within walking distance. Supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away.
- The Port of Pénerf and oyster farms are a 14-minute bike ride and a 10-minute drive away.
- The Branféré Wildlife and Botanical Park is 25 minutes away.
- La Roche-Bernard, a charming small town with many artisan workshops, 25 minutes away.

ACCESS & PARKING
Since the villa is located right in the heart of the action, there is a drop-off zone right in front of the entrance where you can load or unload your luggage with ease. For the rest of your stay, you can park your vehicle for free in one of the many outdoor public parking lots located in the immediate vicinity.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
We try to be as flexible as possible! Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Any requests for early check-in or late check-out will depend on our concierge team’s schedule (a surcharge may apply depending on the season).

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
At the end of your stay, we ask that you leave the house in a reasonable condition. Detailed check-out instructions are available in the house rules.
