Coming from NY going out to eat where everything is rushed and staff always seem stressed, I don’t usually enjoy eating out. But here the staff was extremely friendly, the food was great and nothing was rushed. We stayed in the suite with two separate sleep areas and a river view… I highly recommend. 」

「It was our first time in the castle itself, usually we stay in the lower hotel but the rates were comparable to the least expensive so I booked one night in the “castle”. The only complaint we really had was the heater in the room was controlled from a thermostat that was down the hall and was for the entire building so our room was either cold or way too hot even with the windows open in late April. 「Nice small one-room cabin in the woods. The road is dirt and could have been difficult to traverse in snowy weather without 4-wheel drive, but was fine when we visited.」
