"Bob is an excellent host! He was very quick to respond to our messages and came right away when we had an issue with one TV. We really enjoyed meeting him and appreciated his recommendations for area events and points of interest.The property is beautiful and homey. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The listing was very accurate. It's surprisingly private even though it's a well populated area. We enjoyed coffee by the chiminea on the front deck in the morning and cold drinks in the hot tub in the evening. We didn't get to take advantage of all of the extras that are available with the house though. We really enjoyed our stay there and would love to return if we get the opportunity."

"Pictures on hotels.com were of the other best western in town- it was not on the beach. Room was okay. It faced a very busy loud street with ill fitting doors- basically it was like a motel from the past. Needs updating!"

"Watch out because this hotel is under renovation so lots of construction going on which we didn’t know at the time of booking. We had a fabulous breakfast at the hotel restaurant, Jose the restaurant server was very attentive and accommodating. All staff members were very gracious under the circumstances of the hotel’s renovation."

"I had a suite with 2 balconies.. to much noise during the day as well as late as night ..to much money ..wasn’t worth it 😬"

"Our room air conditioner was extremely loud and even woke us up when it came on at night. To get hot water in the sink we had to turn on the bathtub full blast so it got to the sink. Really? The TV stations they offer are a joke. Half are not english and the other half are HSN. Breakfasts are ok. Today they ran out of Blueberries and bananas. The scrambled eggs had the consistency of a rubber ball. The room we had was large, which was good. The strength and flow of the shower was very weak. Overall not worth the price"

"Great location, walkable to everything. Clean, cute, and functional home with excellent outdoor spaces. Easy check in/out logistics. It's in a dense neighborhood and we had some noise from a neighboring property, but the host was responsive in helping to deal with that."
