Welcome to your private oceanfront retreat on Beach Road, where the Pacific Ocean is quite literally your backyard. Nestled within one of SoCal's most exclusive gated beachfront communities, this beautifully positioned main-level residence offers an unforgettable coastal escape with spectacular ocean views and a spacious private patio just steps from the sand.

Designed for families and groups looking to relax by the water, this 4-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. Three bedrooms each feature a comfortable Queen bed, while the fourth bedroom includes a Twin-over-Full bunk bed that's perfect for kids or additional guests.

The bright, open living area is centred around breathtaking ocean views, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door. Whether you're preparing breakfast in the kitchen, relaxing in the living room, or simply enjoying the sea breeze through the windows, the coastline is always the star of the show. The kitchen features convenient breakfast bar seating, making it easy for everyone to gather before heading out for the day's adventures.

Step outside onto your private oceanfront patio, where you'll likely spend much of your stay. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching dolphins offshore, prepare dinner on the BBQ, dine with the sound of the waves in the background and watch the sun set over the Pacific. Few places offer such an intimate connection to the ocean while still providing the privacy and security of a gated beachfront community.

Perfectly situated between Dana Point and San Clemente, you're just minutes from waterfront restaurants, boutique shopping, Dana Point Harbour, whale watching excursions, coastal bike paths, and some of Southern California's most beautiful beaches. Day trips to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, and the historic Mission San Juan Capistrano are all within easy reach.

Whether you're planning a family beach holiday, a coastal getaway with friends, or simply looking to unwind with the sound of the waves outside your door, this Beach Road retreat offers an unforgettable oceanfront experience in one of Southern California's most desirable coastal settings.
