"The condo was very spacious & comfortable. There was even a private, roofed patio in the back. The best thing is that it was a short (5 minute) walk to the beach. "Location was excellent and very roomy. It isn't as nice as the pictures, could use some TLC. We didn't realize the upstairs is rented out separately and the back yard is shared. Nice having ocean so close and had a seal playing in the water out front."

"A very comfortable and affordable stay adjacent to Laguna Beach. A great outdoor patio overlooking El Niguel Country Club golf course which was a great spot for both morning coffee and winding down with some wine in the evening. Definitely recommend for a great value."
