"Good environment and convenient for shopping "

"Wonderful stay with very friendly and attentive staffs. While I had problems regarding to my reservation, staffs was providing help promptly. Especially thank you the front desk girl who checked me in and the duty manager Katrina. Due to Easter Holy Week, many restaurants and shops are closed. The hotel provided clearly concierge informations to me, which helped me to save a lot of times. The foods serving in the restaurant on 7/F are amazing, we went there for 4 times for our 3 days stay! Tasty and not expensive. However maybe due to the large volume of guests, they serve very slow and some foods were missing. But the staffs always keep their smiles and positive attitudes. "

"I stayed at the hotel for 1 night with my family. I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars! The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. What really surprised me is that we are upgraded to a bigger room. The room and shower area is also fantastic! The most important thing is the breakfast and restaurant are super impressive! There is private beach outside the resort. Staying here means you can enjoy the time in Cebu for sure. The great designed hotel is new furbished and clean. Highly recommended for everyone!"

"There are a lot of great-looking resort hotels along this strip of Mactan. This is the only one I’ve stayed at, and I’m afraid it’s spoiled me for the rest. The service was impeccable and the dining options were varied, delicious, and fairly reasonable. There are even balloon animals at breakfast buffet. My kids loved the the pools the most, but they also loved the Adventure Zone and my older daughter liked playing Minecraft in the E Zone. If your child is younger than 5, you need to be in the Adventure Zone to supervise though. There also seems to be babysitting available at the pool. I liked the spa, which includes a usage of a pool and saunas before treatments. There were also lots of free scheduled activities. We took advantage of morning yoga, bracelet making, and a swimming clinic. Unfortunately the waves were too tempestuous for paddle-boarding. The beach is very scenic and has plenty of seating and a bar where you can order food and drinks—there are QR does at every side table. The sea was beautiful and there are fish even close to shore, but the sand is grainy. We honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel at all, but if you want you can arrange for boating tours (snorkeling, fishing, diving) at Scotty’s near the beach and city tours and more extended boat trips near the gift shop."
