地點很方便，網路联结不順，據說兩週後會徹底改善。

入住的两天内wifi幾乎都無法联结，必須到大廳查看電郵，向櫃台反應也無法改善，只告知是整体性的問题，過两個星期就會全面改善。另外结帳時金額多算了41美元，我主动發現後櫃台人員才設法解決。

The bathroom still had wet towels on the floor from prior guests. Got back to the room at night and the elevator was broken. I needed to walk three flights upstairs.

Stay Away

The hotel appeared abandoned when we drove up to it. Only 2 cars in the massive parking lot. Check in was smooth. The room was filthy, the rugs looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed, the bathroom had mold in the shower, the furniture was dirty and chipped. The only positives were that the sheet, towels and shower curtain were all pristine and clean.

Disgusting

I waited 10 minutes before staff showed up to check in. There were bodily fluid stains on the bench, and urine on the toilet. I did not stay at the hotel, and spent $230 on another hotel. There was no staff when i came back, so I just left. I should be reimbursed the $112 I spent not to even stay in the room.

They had 1 guy at the check in desk, actually you kind of had to just wait for him to show up. Got to our room, first thing I noticed was a gigantic crack in the window, I could see it from all the way across the room. Then discovered the outlet in the bathroom wasn’t working. The room had multiple holes in the walls, the mattresses were uncomfortable, the carpet looked very old and worn, and the toilet was so low to the floor, seemed more like it was suited for a young child. Wish I had something good to say but unfortunately I don’t. Maybe if they just took care of the place, fix things that need fixing, etc. it would be a better place to stay, but as of the moment I won’t be going back, and I do go up to CT several times a year too.

We’ve stayed here a few times. This time is by far the worst! We got room 327, it was dirty! Bed was still unmade, the towels were still on the floor. A dirty room! And they tried to put us in it! Gross!! We told the gentleman at the desk. He didn’t believe us it was dirty! Gave us a new room. Didn’t offer any discounts or anything. So this time I give them a bad review. Try again next time.

First room they gave us had no air conditioning, had to move to another room. The second room I booked was not any available even though I reserved it. Had to give us a king suite and the kids had to sleep on a pull out couch. No linens for the couch. The lights in the bedroom did not work. Vey old and outdated hotel. Housekeeping did not come up to room and clean or restock towels and coffee.

This was my 2nd time staying here. Loved it the first time, 7 months ago. The 1st thing that went wrong this time was that I had booked from a site that stated the pet fee was $25, but the actual charge was $75. The response from the clerk was "Well you should know what you are supposed to pay, that's your responsibility" even though I had it in writing. When I got to the room the AC was on full blast and the thermostat was at the lowest setting. The thermometer read 49 degrees. That's wasteful and uncomfortable. I was told, "Well guests leave it that low." Shouldn't that really be part of the cleaning or room check? Staff should set rooms to moderate temperature settings. After more than 30 minutes of adjusted AC, the room was only at 52 so I turned on the heat in July. I tried shutting the fan off all the way, but then the room smelled like smoke.There was also significant wall damage. So I decided to wear layers and watch TV. The room had 2 TVs and 1 remote. The remote wouldn't work with either TV. I went back to the front desk. The same clerk changed the batteries and said to call if it still didn't work. It didn't. He came up, agreed it didn't work and told me "I just work the front desk" I asked him to try to figure something out like a different TV or remote. He said he would be back in a minute. I waited a half hour and went back downstairs. He had gone home! His replacement did try to troubleshoot and be helpful. Nice guys but I think more training is needed.
