「Good clean room,」

「This was our second or third time staying here and it was always a pleasure. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It really makes a difference these days. They made sure the breakfast stayed fresh and replenished for all guest. We were always greeted when entering or exiting the premises.」

「My only complaint is that we stayed a total of 5 nights, 4 people. We had 3 towels, no bedding for couch. Asked for bedding. Then never even got a touch up clean while there. No towels offered arc. I ended up piling all our trash outside the door multiple times, towels etc. I went down to janitor room and asked for more. Said she’d be down later. Never happened so I went back to janitor room and got towels, blankets, toilet paper since we were out and trash bags. I get it . Hotel doesn’t clean...

「During my check-in yesterday, I noticed that the bedding (bed sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases) did not appear to have been freshly changed. After contacting the bedding, my skin became itchy, which raised concerns about cleanliness. I reported this to the front desk, but initially, the concern was dismissed based on photos, and I was told that no replacement could be arranged because only one staff member was on duty. 「I wasn't expecting much, but the room was really nice and the AC worked really well, almost froze us out even in the Texas heat. Staff was great. Only thing wasn't working properly was the TV, it worked but it looked like something hit it and there's was about an 1 1/2 strip where the screen was blacked out. Room 109. Also the toilet handle probably need replacing as you have to jiggle it to stop the toilet from running all the time, waisting water. Over all great place to stay and still not far...
