Wayyyy better than La Quinta nextdoor! First class check in! Well organized and super easy. Clean rooms. Quite hotel (other than the losers loud cars on 35 but not hotels fault and calmed down about 8 pm). Great & thoughtful comfort and design. Love the luggage shelf plus micro, frig and coffee/tea choices in room. Highly recommend!

We arrived an hour and 45 minutes before 3 and was charged a $50 fee for early check in. We had just come from Oklahoma City, Waco and San Antonio. At each place we checked in early with no charge and they were cleaner and updated hotels. Our room smelled so musty that I requested to change rooms and the staff graciously helped us out. Unfortunately, there was a musty smell in the new room but not as bad. All staff were friendly and helpful. The facility is in need of a deep clean and remodel. When we left, we could smell the mustiness on our clothing.

Love Alvin!

We had six family groups staying there and the hotel was really nice about getting us all on the same floor. Very friendly staff. Can’t beat the price. Could use more overhead light in the room, but most hotels seems to be that way.
