"Room was clean. However, there was no self serve laundry. Except a person must use the laundry service provided by the hotel with extra costs. No available shuttle service to & from the hotel to the Macao border. Some staff in the lobby was not knowledgeable about certain tourist attractions & would not know where to take a shuttle to the other hotels. The cost of food & drinks was pricey. Overall, it was alright otherwise. "

"Location excellent with lots of eateries around, well within walking distance to Senado Sq, St Paul’s Ruins and the waterfront. Other outstanding features include a well-maintained water dispenser, decent breakfast, and absolutely excellent staff. "

"Staff not able to answer simple questions like " where is a good place to exchange my money?" They have a shuttle bus the makes 5 stops but provide NO map so you have no idea where the bus stops are. "

"Beautiful property, location and staff. Very clean and comfortable. There are not too many eateries close by, though 5 guys the hamburger place in B1 is brilliant... best burgers i have ever tasted. The cleaners are very prompt and efficient. Overall a very enjoyable stay. The hotel has a well stocked supermarket in the basement and the Swan Restarant has a superb buffet breakfast for $218HK. My only gripe is that there is no bar, but you can buy alcohol in the supermarket."

"The hotel is in the ideal location. 23 floors. The room was clean, the neighborhood safe. Lots of eateries around. The room was clean and large enough. The hotel provides free breakfast which is absolutely awesome with many choices of hot meals, salads, some sweets, coffee etc. It's like a highlight of the day."
