Had a wonderful time at Four Seasons Macau. What made the trip exceptional was Nana from Guest Relations team and her colleagues. After three weeks of travel she made us feel at home, any requests were resolved promptly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. She arranged a celebration cake for my father’s birthday which was very much appreciated. Housekeeping was also exceptional. We look forward to our next visit!

We spent a night there and it was so impressive. The staff are really nice and helpful and the walking distance to the closest restaurants is not lengthy and it was a relaxing walk. And I like the hotel to be environmentally friendly. I will visit again
