Overall, we had a good stay at Kunuku Aqua Resort. The cleanliness was good, and the resort felt well maintained. The amenities were average, but the new water park was amazing and definitely the highlight for kids — they had a great time! The food and drinks could use some improvement, as there wasn’t a lot of variety and the quality could be better. Still, it’s a nice family-friendly place, especially if you’re traveling with children.”

I liked that the staff were very helpful, very accommodating, good food, drinks were plenty, live entertainment, many pools and bars on the facility. Tours were included. Room was clean with proper functioning AC Unit. Only thing I would say, no voltage adapter for converting Euro to American outlets, but was able to purchase at front desk for a small fee. Not enough bath soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Lo peor de todo, que tiene ese resort son las personas de la recepción hay dos mujeres muy mal encaradas que no ayudan en nada las otras personas son amables nunca limpiaron el baño durante cinco días y sólo cambiaron una sábana y toallas. La comida es buena no muy variada. El resort queda muy lejos de las playas. Yo rente un carro y manejamos 30 minutos para un lado 30 minutos para el otro lado y los conductores son muy imprudentes no sé si volvería a la isla, o si vuelvo, me voy para Papagayo Beach o mambo Beach.

Kunuku was value for money. Breakfast was good stuff, snacks during the day, dinner was good. The place did not feel crowded even during meal times. The pools were excellent. The Waterworld park was fun for the kids. They enjoyed it thoroughly. There was no issue really. The place throughout was clean and staff were always around, cleaning doing walkabouts and always available to help. I enjoyed my stay.
