“Nice place, we waited for 2-3 hrs for our room to be cleaned but thanks Goodness, the place is all inclusive with free food and drinks while waiting.”

“The hotel was beautiful and clean. The lobby and restaurants were great and the staff were very friendly. DO NOT stay in a garden view room. The view is awful. You’re either looking at the parking lot or dried grass and a fence that overlooks a public parking lot. Those rooms felt more like a Courtyard than a Marriott Beach Resort. When asked to upgrade we were told no rooms were available even though we could see unoccupied rooms. Very disappointed in the room and view. We would stay here……

“Overall, the check-in and room were great. The only thing is about the villas is that there’s only air condition in the bedrooms in that in the entire living space and you get charged for the usage. If you go over, thankfully we didn’t go over by too much also we thought that there was something a little off with the sheets as we have been breaking out on the first night so we asked if the sheets could be replaced and they were but we still were breaking out on our Skin. if you do not rent a car……

“I wish I could give a 100/10. Our stay at Avila Beach Hotel was completely perfect. The property, beach, hotel, and everything about this place is beautiful. We ate at all the places on site and also for different meals, the food was so good! All the amenities are great and the staff are top notch. I can honestly say this was one of the most relaxing accommodating vacations I have ever been on. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to different places to eat, shopping, and grocery……

“We stayed at the SUBI club level room and it was beautiful. These rooms are located slightly off the main area and are generally more quiet. We had a room with walk out patio and tranquility tub. Although beautiful we never used the patio and only used the tub once. I don't think I would go that route for our next trip. THERE WILL DEFINITELY be another trip in the future. WE loved it”

“The property was amazing. When you walked through the front doors you felt like you were in Bali. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. Food was great and the restaurant setting was beautiful. We travel a lot and it was one of the nicest properties we’ve ever stayed at.”

“I travelled with 2 girlfriends and we stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa was very clean and comfortable. When we arrived to check in at 1:30, our room was not ready yet which we assumed it wouldn't be because check in is at 3pm. Had lunch at the rook top restaurant and views were beautiful and the food was delicious, however service was very slow and they were not busy. Our room was not ready for us to check into until well after 5pm and we were given a voucher for $75……
