We had a fantastic stay at Zoetry Curacao! The hotel features a wonderful atmosphere, complemented by the nicest employees. The food choices were delicious, showcasing a great variety. El hotel está bien, pero el personal no es amable para nada, porque pides ayuda y no lo solucionan rápido con lo que necesitas. la comida en los restaurantes la hacen todos los días diferente manera un día está bien y el otro día pides lo mismo y ya no te gusta. Los de recepción no tienen buen servicio al cliente. Hoy es 4 de enero y por problema políticos de Venezuela cerraron los aeropuertos y no podemos volver a nuestro pais, pedimos ayuda por la estadía pero no te dan ninguna respuesta. Solo te dicen que esperes es lo único y hasta te responden de mala manera

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and I was a little disappointed to be honest. The room and pool were very clean, however the service was not great. On our first night we tried to have dinner at the Zoetry restaurant, and after being seated for 30 minutes without our drink order being taken, we left and got the shuttle to Dreams for dinner. We ended up eating most of our meals over there so it was nice they had a shuttle. I wish the food options were more diverse, a lot of the restaurants had the same items. We waited over an hour for room service as well. One day they played violent music with guns on the TV at the pool bar. All of the pools were freezing, so it would’ve been nice if they were heated. I got badly bruised during my massage at Dreams. But one good thing is we absolutely LOVED one of the staff members named Alex at Dreams. He was so funny, kind, and made amazing drinks!

The mini fridge was not topped up with water every day, we had to keep asking for water daily. The resort restaurants did not cater a wider range of vegetarian meals and the menus were very very limited in variety of meals offered. Disappointed there were no means of contacting housekeeping or room service by phone, we were told we had to use the App and the App did not offer any options to request your requirements.

Food menu could have been better. Rooms were clean but had to wait very long for them to be cleaned. One daynit was cleaned and had to wait till the night time for a brief cleaning. Das Hotel ist nicht überlaufen und schön ruhig. Es gibt vielfältiges Essen und auch die Restaurants im Hotel gegenüber konnten genutzt werden. Besonders schön ist der Strand im il Mare (besser als im Dreams). Die Anlage ist super schön und gemütlich - was besonders toll war, war dass man zu jeder Uhrzeit problemlos Liegen bekommen konnte! Ein Traum! Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind mehrheitlich super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider im Service überdurchschnittlich langsam - man sollte also Zeit mitbringen. Ein Highlight waren der Cocktail Kurs und das Wine Tasting! Leider stand ein Teil unseres Zimmers öfters unter Wasser (lag wohl an der Klimaanlage im Zimmer unter uns). Leider wurde hier keine nachhaltige Lösung angeboten. Schade! Die Massage im Spa war sehr angenehm. Leider scheinen alle Gäste trotz unterschiedlicher Buchung die gleiche Massage zu erhalten und ein Teil der Massage wurde zwar bezahlt aber nicht durchgeführt (hätte mich wohl beschweren müssen - haben es aber erst später festgestellt.. vielleicht hatten wir auch einfach Pech ;)). Grundlegend aber sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel und toller Urlaub :)

I chose to stay at Zoetry hoping to have a great experience, however the hotel don’t meet expectations. Staff was definitely catering to white guests more than people of color. Service at “The Bloom” restaurant was terrible. Options are very limited at this resort for food. The plus is there’s access to Dreams & Ilhara via golf cart so you do not have to just stay at Zoetry. There are A LOT of mosquitoes in the rooms, which I’m actually not used to on vacation, I would expect them to be more outside. So bring bug spray if you choose to stay here. Overall I would not stay here again & would not recommend.

The resort itself is beautiful. The experience was poor. Staff is inconsistent in terms of customer service. Some staff would not speak or greet at all, and several members would go out of their way to help white guests (the majority of guests were white) but gave me substandard service as a person of color. This was especially apparent in the restaurant (but not limited to there), where the staff went out of their way to back each other up when they helped white patrons. I had to wait forever for my food, was served on one occasion burned food, and never got backup or any of the flare the white guests got. I go out of my way to be polite and say please and even tipped generously so my treatment was never a question. I wound up leaving breakfast after never being acknowledged. The one exception was someone I believe was a manager who checked on me, especially one day after I never received my room service order. Also there was no hot water my entire 5-night stay. This is unacceptable and unsanitary. I was offered a different room but it had the same issue. The hot tub and spa also were cold water. Boiler was out. I could not wash my hair and it made my spa treatments miserable. The spa is nice but not a luxury experience. The upsell genie is pointless because appointments are not held and I had to stay on the concierge about scheduling repeatedly what I had reserved. The resort is more concerned about selling vacation packages than the experience. It was a stressful trip.

Food variety could’ve been better it was the same options every single day. Annoying cat that was around everyday during lunch time don’t want a cat around while I’m eating. Hot water was not hot at all during my stay. Didn’t get my welcome bag until the day i left after asking multiple times. Paid for 80 min massage for my wife didn’t get our full 80 mins at all bar tenders was great. They cleaned our room n refreshed our towels 3 times a day.

No direct access to the beach; the one available thru a partnering hotel is very small. The images and promotional videos are deceiving. The room was great, but the positive review stop there. 1 small pool. No amenities/activities other than gym (sauna/steam) . Staff was attentive for the most part. When having a problem with booking through third party ( Expedia), one out of the three of the staff members (that we discuss the issue with) gave a hard time and expected us just to figure it out. It’s clean , however , not worth the price of $400-$500 a night . Wouldn’t go back. That’s why we left earlier than expected.
