We wish the pool was open a bit later, the bar is staffed but the area near the pool was empty most nights. The evenings on the resort were surprisingly quiet, there’s almost no nightlife. I almost felt I was bothering them when I needed towels or ordering lunch which I did only once. The staff at front desk were great at check-in and when they ordered taxi for me.」

「Overall, the check-in and room were great. The only thing is about the villas is that there’s only air condition in the bedrooms in that in the entire living space and you get charged for the usage. If you go over, thankfully we didn’t go over by too much also we thought that there was something a little off with the sheets as we have been breaking out on the first night so we asked if the sheets could be replaced and they were but we still were breaking out on our Skin. if you do not rent a car...

「We stayed at the SUBI club level room and it was beautiful. These rooms are located slightly off the main area and are generally more quiet. We had a room with walk out patio and tranquility tub. Although beautiful we never used the patio and only used the tub once. I don't think I would go that route for our next trip. THERE WILL DEFINITELY be another trip in the future. WE loved it」
