“Manage your expectations- the resort is not luxury or upscale, but was "fine" overall. Our family has been to over a dozen all inclusive resorts all across the Caribbean, so we have clear standards for what makes a resort good or great. The check in process was a bad. The deposit we paid to Expedia did not transfer to the hotel so we had to pay the whole amount at check in. When we got to our room we noticed that all the rooms are accessible on the exterior of the corridors. This may not be a……
