「TERRIBLE. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE IS ALL I CAN SAY AND THATS BEING NICE. 1. AC did not work, all of my family was given a fan for our rooms as if this was normal 2. You pay extra for PREFERRED - NOTHING is preferred, you make your own drink in a separate room with chicken nuggets available. That is preferred. See view of my ocean view room 3. Cleaning service sucks, my toilet was never cleaned 4. Our rags were removed and not returned and when I went to the front desk at 10pm, was told room...

「Great place to stay!」

「Honestly, I can’t say enough about this resort. My wife and I have traveled to several all-inclusive resorts, and this was by far the best one. From the service, to the food selection, to even having hookah on the resort and endless things to do with plenty of open bars. This stay beyond surpassed my expectations. There was so much to do at the resort that we didn’t even get a chance to everything like enjoy the waterpark. The only things that I would note is that due to the humidity outside,...

「New hotel in the quaint Pietermaai area. Hotel has a polished, upscale, beach club aesthetic it’s trying to create however it landed as somewhat cold and not as inviting as I expected. The staff compensated for that, as they were helpful and friendly. Location wise, walkable to Willemstad and Otrobanda (tho account for the extreme heat when walking during the day) and close to very good restaurants. Pool was somewhat small and didn’t enjoy that was it situated in the midst of their outdoor...

「Lack of staff is affecting the operation of this place. Very poor.」

「I normally don’t write reviews but this hotel was outstanding!!! From the beginning to the end it was all positive. Staff, food, room, beach, bars and the resident pelicans were amazing. I’m looking forward to coming back for sure. Only negative is you have to go out early to get your beach chairs because they fill up quick.」

「We came during the soft opening. We were only the 26th guests. The resort is eventually going to be beautiful but we went during construction. Even with the construction going on the resort was very beautiful and accommodating. The food options were limited but good. For example a menu item may be available at dinner but the snack bar may have the same items available at lunch the next day. We expected this due to our booking during a soft opening. The were great at informing us of expectations...

「Very private and boutique」

「Enjoyed our stay here. Especially for my mom’s birthday. Loved the spa. Place is farther to « downtown » 30 ish minutes away. Recommend driving as taxis are extremely expensive. The staff was very kind and accommodating. I am not usually a resort food girly but the food was actually decent at all 3 restaurants. Only thing we didn’t enjoy as much was that for place to call itself luxury we expected the rooms to be up to par. Also weird encounter happened: the day am we arrived and checks in the...

「Location is perfect and close to restaurants and things to do. Rooms are small and very basic. Wouldn’t stay for longer then one night.」
