They do basic cleaning, carpet in the room was filthy u have to keep requesting for better cleaning, there’s cockroaches, everyone providing some sort of service weather it’s a bartender, receptionist to even the person giving u a towel for the pool had bad attitudes .. do not recommend coming here . The resort is beautiful. The rooms have tasteful decor, kept maintained. The pools were nice the kids truly enjoyed it. The beach looked beautiful though we did not go sincd the kids really liked the pool. The bar was good all inclusive resort. The only thing we were not happy with was the hotels app was not workingto make reservations. We had to go to go to the lobby to make our reservations and they were limited. Thankfully their buffet restaurants were good. They had great options, and always clean. The location of the resort is great you can walk to their downtown in 15-20 minutes and It is very safe!

The property was walkable to Willemstad that took about 10-12 minutes. We celebrated my husband's birthday from April 15-19 2026. The staff was super nice and and helpful. We stayed in building 2 which was across from the main pool and a few steps from the beach. The beach was more of a cove than an actual beach. If you want actual beachfront, this isn't the resort for you. I must say the food at the main buffet was really good with a lot of options. The staff greeted you with cold clothe and something to drink(anything you wanted). Our A/C unit in our room wasn't as cold as we liked despite turning the temperature down as far as we could. We had to keep our curtains closed all day to keep the room as cool as possible. Overall we had a good time and would come back to Curacao again. This resort is family friendly and there's no adult only option. We also experienced a lot of humidity in our room that made the room floor slick either from the shower or opening the sliding glass door which was your main entrance. That was annoying, but we managed. The room was cleaned and moped our entire stay and that was greatly appreciated.

The hotel and property itself are nice. The beach has great snorkeling and the food is good. We had belongings stolen from the luggage room. I went to report the incident at the front desk and asked to speak to the manager on duty and was told they would be in at 10am. So I went back a second time, this time they told me the manger wasn’t here yet. I went back a third time and this time they told me they couldn’t find her. This situation has not been resolved and I’m still waiting for someone to contact me. Really disappointed about how this situation was handled.

We did not partake in the pool as we are ocean people. The pool bar had great selection and even better service. On two occasions, the bar tender looked up a drink to see how it was made. We really appreciated their dedication to providing the customers with any drink they desired.

A/c throughout building does not work well. Max low temp on room units is 22c/72f. This was unexpected and uncomfortable for us, as room never cooled below 74. We changed rooms and same issue. Beautiful facility, most of staff is lovely. This is a european corodon hotel, not a hilton by USA standards.

Rooms weren’t cleaned efficiently on a Daily basis. They would replenish towels and make the bed at best. The food at the Buffett was very good. The food was good in every restaurant but the service was terrible. It always felt like you were inconveniencing the staff by asking for a drink. They did a horrible job of keeping the resort clean. Dirty dishes and food was left all over the pool and beach area for the whole day. It was disgusting and ants would start to swarm making other people not want to lay on those chairs by the pool. The resort is in a good location and has potential but the staff just really needs to do a better job!

La limpieza súper bien y las instalaciones, creo que podrían mejorar las actividades de entretenimiento en la noche, y la atención del personal ya que por ejemplo en el buffete no te dan los cubiertos tienes que ir a buscarlos y solo tienen un buffet y es el único que puedes usar porque tienen otros en donde se debe hacer reservación pero nunca se puede hacer porque siempre está lleno intentamos hacer reservación por medio de la app a las 7 y ya estaba lleno de igual forma en el mostrador a las 10 am y ya estaba lleno para el otro día
