From the rooms with partial beach and pool view, the view of the pool was not good because of the palm trees blocking the view. The entertainment was not good compared to other results we have visited. The BBQ restaurant is excellent. Overall the stay was good but not great.

I knew the rooms were outdated but there was no room to put any of my stuff. Every time I went to one of the bars I had to wait and wait and also at the front desk. The front desk staff was always on their phone and weren’t very helpful. The snack bar could also be better.

On the outside looking in, the resort is beautiful. However, there is so much room for improvement when it comes to the overall cleanliness, support, staff friendliness, and food. Our rooms were only cleaned once during a 4 night/3 day stay; despite multiple requests to have the rooms cleaned. Support staff and housekeeping are unavailable after 11 PM. The food was very mediocre, and options are limited. The water in the showers stopped working on the second day. Housekeeping ran out of washcloths and towels. And finally, some of the bartending staff members were extremely rude and impatient. Overall, Curacao is a beautiful country, and I would highly recommend that everyone visit. However, based on my experience, this particular resort might not be the best option. I traveled with a party of 8 females for my birthday, and we were all disappointed with the resort stay and staff.

I’ve traveled to five countries in the past three years, and unfortunately, this was my least favorite resort. The biggest issue was the service—staff rarely made eye contact or acknowledged us, and we often had to go out of our way to get assistance. A friendly greeting or welcoming attitude was noticeably lacking. The resort itself was clean, and while the food was okay, it wasn’t anything memorable. The beach was also very rocky, which made it less enjoyable. That said, this didn’t ruin our family vacation—we still made the best of it. However, based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this resort

Nice resort! Don’t go expecting to feel like a king or queen, but more so to relax and enjoy your time!! You’ll need to make reservations for restaurants!!

We loved our March stay! The oceanfront room was beautiful and very clean. The beds were incredibly soft, and the room setup with a king and two twins worked perfectly for our family. The food was amazing — you could really tell they took time to make quality meals. The only downside was that the lines could get a little long at times, but that seemed to be because everything was made fresh. The ocean was absolutely beautiful and calm so perfect with kids. Pools were not over crowded! It was a bit windy during our stay, but overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. Make sure you pack snorkel gear or googles to see all the beautiful fish.

We recently stayed here for a family vacation and unfortunately the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations. One of the biggest issues was the very loud nightly music, which made it difficult for our kids to sleep. After quite a bit of back and forth with management we were eventually moved to another room, which we appreciated, but the process was a hassle. The dining system was also frustrating. Having to stand in line between 10am–4pm just to reserve dinner for the next night felt inconvenient for an all-inclusive resort. We also found the food to be average overall at best. Our son has food allergies, which made dining stressful. At the buffet there wasn’t clear ingredient information, and even at the restaurants it was difficult to get clear answers about ingredients. Service at dinner was also extremely slow, which made the experience even more challenging with kids. Overall, many parts of the resort, including lounge chairs and common areas felt quite dated, and most staff interactions felt somewhat unfriendly until the last couple days of our stay when we did meet a few helpful staff members. Curaçao itself is so beautiful, but the resort experience fell short of what we were hoping.

No,I was unable to enjoy the pool. The resort has daily passes. During the weekends it gets busy with local people. No space and chairs available to accommodate guests at the pool area or at the beach. If you plan ahead to spend quality time with your family at the resort on the weekends you will be disappointed.I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
