“The property was easy to navigate. The restaurants were hard to get reservations at but we were able to go to them. Each restaurant had their own way of serving food, became a little confusing. The resort was clean and friendly and when we arrived they up graded our room free of charge! Just remember you need to check your plugs for the outlets, we needed to bring converters. “IL Mare is the private section for all the beach bungalows. The rest of the resort is not allowed over there. It has 24 hour butler service. It was the most amazing trip we’ve taken. The shoreline is a reef and full of tropical fish for snorkeling. The bartenders and butlers were amazing over there. This is a little bit smaller of a resort and was so relaxing and chilled out. If you want a crazy 24 hour party, this is not the resort for you. There was always activity, but you could go and sit……

“The staff at this property was the BEST I have ever experienced. The property was horrific. I saw multiple roaches in my room. I went and told the manager and the upgraded me to an ocean view on the beach room were the door had a large crack in it and I was bitten by mosquitoes all night long. “Cleaning staff is wonderful. Concierge staff also wonderful - very helpful. The hotel is updated and modern although some small half ass work remodeling - still pretty good. The location is perfect. Walk everywhere or catch a tour or taxi right in front. It is loud due to the Cascada bar upstairs but that didn’t bother me. I joined the fun and went to sleep afterwards. “Zimmer war immer sauber, allerdings war die Tür von der Dusche nicht richtig dicht und das Rohr vom Waschbecken auch nicht, deshalb stand das Bad oft unter Wasser. Personal war sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und teilweise echt lustig. Außenpools sind fantastisch aber es waren manchmal alle liegen direkt belegt. Da könnte man zukünftig mehr aufstellen. Frühstück war frisch und lecker, generell war das Essen meistens frisch ABER man hat ganz oft in den Restaurants keinen Platz mehr bekommen……
