Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The resort is not ready to serve guests!!! Should not be open yet . The 90% of facility is not available,everything is under construction. We booked the stay by Expedia not knowing about any of the construction . There is only 1 building open for quest to stay ,1 buffet(coming later then 9 am no food in containers,no entertainment,no pools open only swimmup pool is open ,the noise of construction is very loud and everything is in dust,the food is very poor and limited. Not recommended until is ready in full service. Expedia shows all the pictures of perfectly well finished resort but nothing is ready yet!!!! Very disappointed spend the 5 days of my vacation in place I couldn’t even enjoy my vacation. I wish I could choose different hotel but Expedia let us book the hotel that should never be open to serve quest yet!!! I will request for refund my money fircthid trip.
