Curaçao was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! The staff at Sunscape were very friendly. The property was well maintained. The beaches and sunsets were unforgettable! Waking up to the view from our ocean front room was a slice of paradise. Two comments I have are the air conditioning was horrible, the room temperature was uncomfortable and I wish there were a few more food choice options.

This place is like nothing they advertise! It is in shambles. Half the activities don't exist. Old buildings with none of the proper amenities. Unfortunately this place is awful. The staff however was pleasant.

I had high expectations for this all-inclusive hotel, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
First, the room itself was unacceptable. It had a strong moldy smell that never went away, and the bathroom constantly smelled like sewage. On top of that, one of the curtains was broken, which just added to the feeling that the room was poorly maintained and neglected. The AC doesn’t work properly. One night, a building alarm went off in the middle of the night and created a stressful situation. It took about 15 minutes for security to turn it off. There was no sense of urgency or communication with guests during this time.
The overall service was also lacking. The majority of the staff appeared unhappy, rarely smiled, and did not create a welcoming atmosphere. It felt like guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Nataly was the ONLY 5 star employee that truly should be used as a model for ALL employees here.
The food situation was equally underwhelming. The buffet served nearly identical food every single day, with only one or two items changing. Variety is expected at an all-inclusive resort, and this fell far short.
The hibachi restaurant, Hitsimatsu, was particularly concerning. Not only do you have to make reservations, but they consistently run 20–30 minutes late and don’t follow their own fixed menu. More importantly, there were clear cross-contamination issues: the same utensils were used for cooked vegetables...

The room I was given was different from what was shown in the pictures, and it wasn’t very clean—you could even see strands of hair on the shower handle. The food was overly salty, and the pool didn’t appear well-maintained. However, I will say that the staff was very nice and friendly, which I appreciated.

We stayed in room 8119 (building 8 ground floor - sunclub room). It was a quiet and relaxing experience with little disturbance on this side of the property. Rooms were clean, staff was very welcoming and we can't wait to go back.

The staff at this property was the BEST I have ever experienced. The property was horrific. I saw multiple roaches in my room. I went and told the manager and the upgraded me to an ocean view on the beach room were the door had a large crack in it and I was bitten by mosquitoes all night long. I attempted to contact Hyatt's corporate office which they didn't take down my number or email and we hot disconnected. When I called back they said I never called in to that number. Hyatt is the worst I have dealt with and as much as I travel I will never stay at there hotels.

Well we were told they are about to close and I completely understand. The rooms need to be redone completely, pools need repainting, food needs help, some staff were great some weren't. Rooms... absolutely a NO. My room roof breathes so the ceiling was lifting and coming back down. At first i thought someone was watching me in the ceiling but then realized it was their air system. Sink kept filling up. lamps were filthy and remote. Im glad I bring cleaning supplies every where I go

The room was dated, there was a musty smell in the room. The bathroom hooks were broken, the bathroom doorknob was finicky. The food at the resort was ok. Staff is very friendly and nice! The beach was beautiful!

It was an amazing time. The entertainers were great. Shoutout to Cassie, Candy man Amanda and Rock amongst others made sure we had a great experience and accommodation. The beach was clear and beautiful and the food was really good. No complaints

We had a great view from our room. We had upgraded to ocean front . Room was very spacious.
Amanda and Peter are the absolute highlights of this place.
Would definently return and recommend this resort to others .

Not a safe place to stay. No ac, doors not securely locked, looks and feels like a motel. Ants all of the place. Staff unresponsive and not helpful. Picture in Expedia does not reflect the actual dated facility.

I would not stay here again. The location is great but the property and staff were subpar. Everything needs a total renovation and they need more service oriented staff.

food/drinks and service is poor because it’s all inclusive you can tell they cheap out as much as possible. Felt very low end in general even the grounds. It was either very geriatric or little kid families not good for young adults.
