「Very beautiful property and almost everyone was kind except for one slim female bartender with the big fake curly ponytail. She never acknowledged us once at the bar no matter where we sat. I could never see her name bar to get her name but I’ll be back and I’ll get it next time. The best highlight of this property is the bartender Aisha(could spell it differently)!!!! 「We booked a long-term stay for December 2025 through January 2026 for our wedding, honeymoon, and winter break. On December 30, 2025, housekeeping entered our cottage and left the door open. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. 「This resort is truly paradise. From the moment we arrived the staff was helpful and welcoming. I was very impressed with how they had everything prepared for us prior to our arrival making our check-in process very seamless. The property itself was very well-maintained, the gardening was exquisite and very intentional. We were very happy with our room accommodations. 「Apart from the host being welcoming, nothing else was. The room only got cleaned as we got there. Terrible transportation, no taxi wanted to pick us up or drive us there. I would not recommend. Very far from the city. 」
