"I am very impressed with the attentiveness of the staff and management. We had a few small asks about the room like an extra chair outside, a broken one be replaced as well as a very old fan and they literally took care of these issues within a few hours ! They were all very friendly and helpful! ..."

"The apartment was okay, area was quiet and super close to Playa Lagun, quite far from downtown. Also, didnt know it wouldn't have AC on the first floor where the living room/kitchen is and no TV. The admin people were great and very friendly."

The entire resort was under a lot of construction, including jackhammering on the walkway to the restaurant and scaffolding outside of reception on the way to the dive shop.
