Beautiful clean place and very friendly staff. Everyone can find what fits their interest. You can have hotel activity or nice quiet spots to relax and enjoy songs of the birds and waives of the ocean. Good food. The variety is not big, but again, everyone ca find what he likes. The restaurants' schedules should be arranged better. Many people are confused, especially at firs day of staying. There is not open buffet for the dinner. Cons: residents of other hotels could enjoy the Dreams' property, but dreams' guests don't permitted to go there.

The staff are SUPER friendly and welcoming! The food has good seasoning I really liked it. The only thing I didn’t like was that the resort says it has multiple restaurants but only one was open throughout our stay. Other than that the hotel was super clean and pleasant. PS: there’s no 24/7 open bar, last one open is until midnight.

Property and staff were both outstanding!! Room was always cleaned up and fridge was always restocked. Close by to everything. We rented a car and parking wasn’t an issue either in town or at the resort.

Due to the reviews I read before arriving, I was very skeptical. We stayed in the mare pods and had a wonderful experience. Great service at the pool bar and restraunts. The staff is very friendly. The food choices are limited and okay.

We stayed at IL Mare adult only at Dreams resort. And I have to say it was the best experience we’ve ever had. Our Butler Jacob was nothing but amazing. Very intensive, informative and takes great care of us throughout our stay. Location, food and drinks are all great. We love it!

AC in the room barely worked, very hot in the room, a lot of other people complained about it too, birds in the buffet restaurant pecking on bread trays, nobody does anything about it. Birds also were eating noodles from service trays. A stray dog was cooling of in the main pool. Beach is very nice. Staff is friendly. We were at this hotel in 2020 and it was much better back then.

The staff works hard and are always pleasant and accommodating. Food needs improvement, not always hot and limited variety. The rooms need more outlets to charge devices not at the desk, family friendly, pool was fun, small beach area, fun casino. There should be notice of what restaurants are open which days. The tour desk is very helpful, friendly and informative. Fans are needed in the Rendezvous bar area, very hot sitting there. GREAT sunsets!!

The staff was amazing. The rooms inside the dreams needed updating. The tubs and toilets paint was chipping and peeling super bad and noticeable. The A/C only runs in fan mode so it can get very uncomfortable and hot at times.

Our stay was awesome and relaxing. The views at IL Mare were none like I’ve ever seen before. The staff was so warm and welcoming especially our butler *Sheny*. I would definitely go back.

The staff was good at the front desk but need more training as everyone you speak too gives you a different answer for the same question.The bar staff all act like you are bothering them when you go to get a drink but overall the rest of the staff is nice. Housekeeping only came to clean on day one and did not come to clean again. If you are in your room trying to relax be prepared to be woken by slamming doors as all room door slam unless you are super careful. The property is small and easy to navigate. The food was better then I expected based on other reviews. There is a seperate kiddie pool with some water toys which my 2 year old loved!! Overall it was good for the price!
