“El personal fue súper amable, estaban dispuestos a ayudar en todo, muy serviciales. La piscina estaba disponible lo cual nos agradó mucho. Desayuno delicioso. Las instalaciones del hotel eran una experiencia distinta, nos encantó estar cerca de los animales. A pesar de que el hotel es un poco alejado de todas playas, tener un carro nos ayudó mucho y teníamos parqueadero incluido ”

“The chairs inside and out need improvement--tired and not comfortable. The cookware, cutlery, and accessories were a 2/5 at best. Definately not an upscale style. We would not come back unless we knew the above was much better.”

“BEST PLACE WE'VE EVER STAYED!! Loeki was the most incredible hostess at this beautiful bed and breakfast. She thinks of every 5 star detail from mint water in the refrigerator to making the most delicious breakfasts including cappuccinos or hot herbal teas, fruit smoothies, delicious pancakes, french toast, omelettes, fresh delicious fruit breads, yogurt bowls with granola, and fresh fruit. Every breakfast was not only healthy abut also most generous in portion size. We skipped eating lunch……

“Cleaning staff is wonderful. Concierge staff also wonderful - very helpful. The hotel is updated and modern although some small half ass work remodeling - still pretty good. The location is perfect. Walk everywhere or catch a tour or taxi right in front. It is loud due to the Cascada bar upstairs but that didn’t bother me. I joined the fun and went to sleep afterwards. My balcony room was great. 402. View of the ocean and the city. The reviews about the carpet were not accurate on my floor -……

“Our hosts did an excllent job making our stay a enjoyable experience. Location is great, all amenties are nearby, city & beaches short distance away. Highly recommended, great pool!”

“We just completed our stay. Things we liked was the proximity to Willemstead. The room was nicely decorated with the old school shutters. Some did not close as the latches were broken. We placed towels and face clothes between the glass and the shutters to jam them closed for privacy. Things we didn’t like. The rooms were definitely not sound proof. There’s a bar right beside the hotel which has live music every Saturday and Thursday. The Thursday is insane. The room does provide ear plugs……

“Apart from the host being welcoming, nothing else was. The room only got cleaned as we got there. Terrible transportation, no taxi wanted to pick us up or drive us there. I would not recommend. Very far from the city. ”

“Check-in was smooth and easy, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. The towels in the bathroom were in poor condition, and my daughter had to request a bed change because there were hairs on the sheets and the comforter appeared dirty inside. Additionally, I experienced some bites during my stay that I suspect may have been from bed bugs, which is very concerning—especially given that the property is relatively new. We also had to request a refill……
