Remote and quiet

Great property in a rural location. For those wanting to decompress it’s perfect. The goats and sheep behind the house were fun to watch. Cute winery just down the road. Game room made for a fun evening activity. Had some trouble getting the back electronic keypad to let us into the house (likely operator error!). Local host was available and assisted quickly. House was comfortable and amenities were good!Would stay again if in the area.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our time together as a family. From the fully stocked kitchen (you could cook a feast) to the great game room, surround sound, and plenty of little extra's. Two drawbacks...the cheap, very hard couches, and all of the little "don't do" signs hanging around the house!

My son and I stayed at this residence over the weekend because it was close to Athens Georgia. We enjoyed our stay and the host was very pleasant and helpful. The home was clean and spacious and a shirt drive to Athens. The Bulldogs won that weekend and great memories were made. Awesome trip!

Absolutely perfect place for multi-generational gathering!

To celebrate my mother's 90th birthday, I rented this place near my sister, nephew & niece. Twelve people ranging from 10 - 90 (only four adults actually stayed at the house, the others went to their nearby homes each night, though there were a LOT of beds available). This house could not have been better. Comfortable bedrooms that were down the hall and quiet, a large and very well supplied kitchen and a game room that was amazing! Bathrooms had nice fluffy towels. Excellent wifi. Very clean. Sufficient parking. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck watching and listening to the farm animals. The variety of games suited all ages. Communication with the host was excellent. I can't recommend this place highly enough. The family all wants to return there.

Outstanding Home

Our family stayed here for my daughter’s wedding this weekend and it was the perfect place! The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need and also set up for keeping everyone in the family entertained! Extremely clean and felt like home! The sleeping arrangements were just right. The animals were an added bonus and it was so much fun watching them! I would highly recommend renting this place if you’re ever in the area!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great home, family game night, everything you could possible want and brand new (some appliances and gadgets still in original new packaging). If you want peace and quiet off the beaten path here is the place. The only concern we had was that our cellular service didn’t agree with the area, so make sure you have a picture of your map directions. Host was awesome, and quickly responded to any questions we had.

Country Paradise

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home in Georgia booked for our daughter's wedding weekend. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the impeccable attention to detail and thoughtful touches provided by our amazing host. The house exceeded all our expectations - it was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect for us, being so close to the wedding venue, which made our weekend even more special. What truly set this experience apart was the host's exceptional hospitality. When we mentioned that a BBQ grill would be a great addition, he went above and beyond to ensure one was provided for us promptly; including charcoal, lighter, and lighter fluid. This level of responsiveness and care truly made us feel valued and welcomed. Our daughter's wedding weekend was made even more memorable and enjoyable because of our stay at this fantastic property. We cannot recommend this home and host highly enough to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Georgia. Thank you to our wonderful host for making our stay truly unforgettable. Home Sweet Home

I would give this property 10 stars! Host is very responsive and instructions about the property were very thorough. The property has so many nice additional touches such as multiple phone charging stations, books to read, board games, arcade games, pool table, bath bombs, etc. The appliances are all very modern and the kitchen was amazing for a family that wants to cook. The host has gone above and beyond to make sure there is every item in the kitchen you will need and more than enough of everything. The home was very clean and organized. There is a sweet neighbor on the property that gave us privacy but was available to chat with us. The farm was such a wonderful bonus of this property and the farm hands were so inviting with our family and allowed us to feed the farm animals. Our kids fell in love with the property dog, Pancho. The beds were very comfortable and there were lots of beds available. There is a winery just down the street and the owner, Victor is wonderful! We did a wine tasting for $16. Grocery store was about 15 minutes away. We had such a wonderful trip and can’t wait to come back and enjoy this property again. Thank you to the host, Liz and Juan for making our trip so wonderful!
