"Clean large room"

"The Ranch at Death Valley is in the Park which makes it a very convenient location. It has a pool and basketball, tennis and pickleball courts. It also has a small museum which was interesting. There is only one resrtaurant at the Ranch so we ate there four nights in a row. The food was good but became repetitive."

"Yes, if going to Death Valley National Park on paved roads you can go into the Park on paved roads through Beatty NV. Or If going into Death Valley in a 4 wheel drive vehicle, there are some unpaved roads close to this property that take you into the mountainous area avove the valleys. Or the Sand Dunes recreationl area, which is BLM lands within a few miles of the property. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the property was in extreme disrepair. I was afraid some crumbling plaster over our bed was going to fall on me during the night. There were few outlets. The concrete on the walkway to the room was crumbling and dangerous. I don’t know how this properly could pass an inspection. There were few amenities. On the plus side the air conditioning worked well."

"The mountain view was beautiful and the back deck was awesome to relax and gaze at the stars. The entire place was immaculate and comfortable after a long day of hiking. The kitchen was fully equipped. The host was attentive to our needs especially presenting ideas for dinner. I would definitely come back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this place. The rooms are super clean and quiet, the host Sunny is super friendly and helpful and making an unbelievable breakfast. Great location to all the areas that we want to see in Death Valley. We would strongly recommend the place to our friends! "

"A low-frills but clean place to stay. Convenient to Death Valley National Park without having to pay the exorbitant rates charged by the resorts in the Park. We had some issues with the Wi-Fi, which was especially problematic given that we expected to not have cell service for GPS in the Park. It somehow resolved itself after the front desk person went home at 10pm and the convenience store next door (on the same Internet service) closed. And checking out was a bit perplexing. We saw the front desk person when we first woke up but she disappeared by the time we were ready to leave. We followed the lead of several of the other guests and left our room key in the office desk in the envelope so they they knew which room we were in. While waiting we spoke with a woman in another room who needed to speak with someone about not having hot water in her room. Not sure what she did since there was no one around for at least the hour we were checking out and grabbing some breakfast food."

"The RV was very clean. Access to the entry lock was a bit of a problem because we were outside of cell range for an extended period before arrival."
