「The rooms were clean and the instructions were clear. The place looks like the pictures and it was in a great location. My only complain is that when it came time to check out, the code that was given to me to return the keys was not working and the host was unresponsive. I had to figure out a way myself to check out and open the box (I was in a big hurry and it was around 8:30am) so not too early in the morning and not close to checkout time either. Other than that, I do not have any complains...

「Excellent place to stay right across from the event center we were attending. Beautiful suite albeit a bit pricey. Plenty of restaurants to chose from within walking distance and parking in the garage was free. The only wrinkle was the “free parking” was $40. A quick call to customer service and it was decided we would pay the charge to be released from the garage and the fee would be refunded promptly. Less than a week and the refund is on the way. 「Great location. It was a full apartment with a hybrid loft style bedroom. It had a great view of down town and was like a block and half from city center. Room was new and updated- and above shove in a very cool historic building that looked like the common areas had been restored to its original design while also being new looking:)
I’d stay here again for sure!」

「The apartment was clean and comfortable. Walkable to all event centers, downtown and restaurants. We did have trouble with our key fob on the second night. But even at midnight a gentleman talk with me and got us a new one in about 10 minutes. Parking was a little stressful at first but once we got the app and figured it out all was well. We will stay here again. 」
