"Riad Palais des Princesses is perfectly located within walking distance in the heart of the Medina, right in the old town style surrounding Jemaa el-Fnaa. But once you step inside, it's a completely different world — a beautifully styled traditional Moroccan riad, clean and elegant from top to bottom. What truly makes this place special is the people. Nouhaila is the soul of this riad, warm, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. Simo was extremely professional and patient, welcoming us upon arrival with genuine hospitality. And Mariam in the restaurant took wonderful care of us at every meal. Together, they turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend."

"We had an incredible stay at this Riad! We wanted to immerse ourselves in the Moroccan culture by staying in the Medina and got exactly what we wanted. The Riad is within walking distance from the souks, which was very helpful. The decor, the morning breakfasts were all very authentic and we especially loved how helpful and caring the staff was. I got an injury at one point and every staff member checked on me every day. One even went to the pharmacy to fetch supplies for me. I am so grateful that we got to stay there. Many thanks to Younes, Abdu and Kenza for going above and beyond for us throughout our entire stay! It felt like family and I will never forget it!"

"We stayed at Door Janna for four nights and had an incredible city break. The riad is beautiful, an oasis in the heart of the bustling Medina. Every member of staff was exceptionally friendly, kind and attentive, and they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The riad feels stylish and premium, while still retaining a warm, intimate and homely atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, and the amenities were fantastic. The pool and rooftop terrace were particular highlights, absolutely beautiful. We would love to stay at Door Janna again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. It made our stay very special."

"A charming, comfortable Riad in the heart of Marrakech, perfectly located for exploring the city on foot. The exceptionally kind staff made my stay memorable, and dinner there on my first evening was one of the best meals of my trip. The Riad also arranged a day trip to Imlil, the highlight of my visit. My guide, Hassn, was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Visiting his Berber family home, meeting his daughters, and enjoying a delicious homemade lunch made the excursion truly special. I highly recommend this Riad for a warm, authentic Marrakech experience."
