Bitterroot Paradise 1 BR Guesthouse

This guesthouse is located on a 12 acre property on the old Chief Joseph Ranch. Stunning views of the Sapphires to the east and the Bitterroots to the west. Perfect for a couple, or a couple with up to 2 small children. The guesthouse is located above the separate garage. There is a sauna in the garage. Great flyfishing in 10 minutes, 30 mins to Lost Trail Ski area. Elk, deer and turkey are usually present. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

Such a wonderful host and most beautiful location! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again. Great little place for a couple to getaway. Owner was super nice and welcoming. Beautiful,relaxing, secluded valley with lots of wildlife and two super friendly dogs. We will visit again if we get to come back to the area.

From the moment we entered the property, we felt the presence of peaceful county and nature… Dave, the host is a true pleasure of a person. Home on the range
David’s property is beautiful, wide open, a paradise. The room is a lovely, contemporary space and is an ideal location for dogs. David allows them to run free. I had thought the room had 2 beds and a floor bed was provided but since both my friend and I are not spring chickens, that wasn’t good so we did share a generous queen bed.

David was an excellent host! Everything was exactly as listed in the property description. The property is beautiful with plenty of wildlife to watch, and the country dark is perfect for looking at the stars. There are multiple hiking trails very close to the property that make for beautiful day hikes, and a nice sauna to relax in after a long day on the trails. We can’t wait to stay again!
