The constant talking and cigarette smell coming up through my window from the courtyard below night and day was the only unpleasant experience. The staff was great and I know if I complained they would try to accommodate me but I was too lazy to ask for a room change as I was away for most of the day. Otherwise the experience was great for what I paid for.”

“Frau Bruehle was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Excellent breakfast and helpful and efficient staff. Elevator/lifts were quiet and quick. Location in the Altstadt is good with easy main-road access and many restaurants within easy walking distance, as is the river.”
