「This place is on “auto pilot” no one at reception. I could not find the app they recommended. Had to call Hotels to contact management, had to go to a coffee shop to pick up keys. Was tired and had to “troubleshoot” check in. Other than that the place was clean and in a great location. I’m all for “new” ways to improve, but I feel at this level a call to ppl that book to let them know “the process” 」

「The accommodation was very good, but the front desk was very bad and kept making things difficult for me. I know it was just an exception, but it happened to me.」

「Ich würde gern weiterempfehlen. Vor allem für die Familie mit Kindern da das hotel hat eine kleine Küche im Zimmer. Liegt sehr nah am Zentrum. Wunderschöne Aussicht. 」

「It feels like deep inside the forest, yet Aldi, Penny, and other shops are only 2-3 minutes drive away. The apartment is spacious and clean. The only downside is that we were staying at the top floor and had to walk three levels up the stairs (no elevator) - fortunately for the night we didn't need the large luggage (25kg), otherwise it would be a bummer. There is a gym in the building but is pretty basic. The hotel restaurant was closed at night and we had to go out for dinner at the bistro...

「The area around the trainstation is one of the most terifying I have been to. Dirty, a lot of shady people walking around. It was particularly disturbing at night. The room was nice, it was amazing to receive all the gifts and snacks! There was a good coffee machine and kettle, the kitchen was quite clean and equipped. The bathroom was a bit dirty but good to use. Overall the hotel is one to recommend altough the area around is a big big minus.」

「I received an email without start & comfort codes. I takes me about 1-hour to get into my apartment. It is also very inconvenience and expensive for a foreigner to make an emergency call. It will be charged as international phone call. The whole activation/access processes should be reviewed and improved.」

「Theo & Ava could not have been better host from how to get there right through to ensuing we had a taxi to the train station on a bank holiday. Located in a lovely neighbourhood close to the river & a great bakery & nice small restaurants. Not fancy but everything you need, would highly recommend.」
