「This was a great location to stay in Berlin! Updated room with a nice kitchenette, and staff were on site if needed despite the self-check in, which was easy to use. Super convenient to get around the city from here, and lots within walking distance. 「They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service. 」

Another thing is the waiting tent for the shuttle bus, can it be covered rather than just a tent. It was so windy all throughout our stay and everybody are so cold.」
