"We reserved a family room with a kitchen. However, when we arrived, we were assigned two separate rooms, one with a kitchen. This was acceptable to us, and the hotel waived our parking fee for the inconvenience. The rooms were nice, but the kitchen was not supplied well. There was a sponge to wash dishes, but there were no dish towels nor was there any dish detergent. We needed to go to the desk and ask for more tableware.
