"Stanza non corrispondente alla prenotazione ho viaggiato con la famiglia e mi sono ritrovato in una stanza sporca con 4 letti senza lenzuola senza condizionatore e la finestra bloccata siamo stati costretti a dormire in un forno e la cosa piu' grave che avevamo i bagni in comune con gli altri mentre dalle foto che voi mi avete mandato c'era una camera con bagno. Questa e stata una pessima esperienza e la vostra mancanza di proffessionalita' vi penalizza molto quindi faro' in modo che nessuno...
