This is a nice, clean, modern cottage which is conveniently located for exploring the northern shore of PEI.
However, there were several challenges which significantly affected our ability to enjoy our stay there:
1. The beds: there are three beds, at least two of which seem to only be double beds which is a challenge for a family staying there with four adults and two children. Most significantly, the downstairs double bed — which my wife and I ended up with was in horrible condition, creaking and squeaking every time one of us moved. This meant that we did not get adequate sleep on any night we were there. This was our biggest concern for the entire week we were there.
2. The mosquitos: The mosquito population there was very active. Except for a few times when the winds were string enough to clear them away, the mosquitos were so bad that we did not spend any time outside the cottage when we were actually there. That was a disappointment.
On balance, while it was a nice enough cottage, the beds and the mosquitos definitely affected our ability to enjoy our PEI stay.
