「This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway from city life! Surrounded by beautiful nature and in total isolation, the cabin is a picturesque vacation spot for relaxation and peacefulness. 「I don't like to give negative reviews but this was the worst experience in vacation rentals I have ever had. The house was filthy! The mattresses were moldy, the kitchen didn't have hardly any dishes (2 plates for a house the can sleep 20). The treehouse floor fell through on one of our children. Luckily he was not injured. 「We had a wonderful time at the cabin. The view was absolutely amazing - the river and Mt. Baker are gorgeous. Everything is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating meals, playing games and working a puzzle on the large dining room table. The proximity to North Cascades was very convenient and allowed us to explore the park multiple times. Communication with the owner, Nick was pleasant and timely. Would love to come back someday!」

「Cabin location was great. Perfect access to North Cascades. Property was accurately described. We are used to boondocking in our camper without power, so this was totally fine for us. No cell service on either Verizon or T-Mobile, but honestly that’s a plus. Hot water heater was excellent, all propane appliances worked great, some of the battery powered lights were not charged but most were which was great. Overall no complaints, would be happy to stay again.」

After a careful exit off the highway to avoid a pothole we were ecstatic at the secluded location with its riverfront and firering location, yet still close to town for a quick grocery pickup.
