This second floor apartment is centrally located with panoramic views over the river and out to sea. . 32 steps to entrance (alternate fire escape access).

Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. No smoking. Please note: No children under 10 years old. This property is unsuitable for guests with limited mobility.. A bright and airy second floor apartment located in a very convenient location in the centre of town next door to the Dartmouth Yacht Club, and with panoramic views of the river, Kingswear and out to sea. The property is comfortably furnished and very well equipped to a good standard.
