「I called just to confirm that we would be able to go to the office to collect the keys on Sunday and that the office would definitely be open , even had an email confirming this but this was not the case - luckily for us someone in the office was able to call us to confirm the process that we had to take to collect the keys , just as well that we had a signal where we were on the time of the call !!
