「Overall, a love experience. The property was decievingly spacious, clean and filled with great entrainment facilities. An added benefit of a washer/dryer that makes that going back home experience better. Car parking permit included also. A great way to celebrate a significant ceremony in a stunning part of the country. Would highly recommend and stay again when in the area. 」

「We had a wonderful time at the barn, a cozy, clean and fully equipped cottage surrounded by an incredibly beautiful garden. We felt warmly welcomed by the lovely and always helpful landlords. Its a good starting point for different activities like hinikg on the south west coast path, going on a boat trip in Dartmouth, visting the lost gardens of Heligan or relaxing at the beach of Beesands (which is dogfriendly). We totally recommend!」

「This is a perfect little place to spend some time with what can only be described as one of the best views in the country. Watching the river wake up each morning and the twinkling of Dartmouth at night with a sound track of tawny owls and the toot of a steam train, this is a holiday for the senses. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the location is well serviced. Worth the little walk to park your car up the hill and not have to pay a penny and if your legs can take...

「We came to stay to visit a relative in Kingswear and it was perfect. Clean and well appointed it is 200m from the lower car ferry and passenger ferry to Dartmouth Even better same distance to the lovely Ship Inn in Kingswear!We had two teenage boys and the bunk beds were fineOn arrival it was a bit cold and Sharon helped us with the heating and kind enough to drop more logs offWe didn’t use the top patio area as it was April but went for a look and it was greatHighly recommend this little...

「Good stay, with a large comfortable, spotlessly clean, homely, well equipped apartment. Friendly staff. However, there were a couple of niggles, the TV was really small, old fashioned and not smart so no access to streaming services etc. There was also a surprise charge for daily electricity usage, which wasn’t mentioned during booking, and could really add up if you were staying for a few nights or more. 」

「Das Häuschen war absolut angemessen für vier Personen, prima ausgestattet, ordentlich und angenehm eingerichtet. Man sieht es auf dem Foto nicht, aber es gibt Grünflächen, auch mit Baumbestand, so dass man auch draußen ganz gut sitzen kann. Zwei Campingstühle sind vorhanden. Die Lage ist prima, um die Umgebung zu erkunden; Städtchen, Strand, Klippenwanderung alles gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder!」
