「The VRBO description I rented indicated it was a 4-bedroom apartment. When we got there, it was only 3. The place is very sparsely furnished, and one dining room chair was broken when we got there. They appear to control the AC remotely. After the 3rd day, we called, and it all miraculously turned on. It has a kitchen, but don't plan on cooking; there's next to nothing to cook with, and only two gas burners. Only received the actual address and how to get in the morning we arrived, nothing...

「It is a very clean home, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, walking distance to The Bund and Metro station.」

「We booked a 2 bedroom but got upgraded to a 3 bedroom. The place was not hard to find and the rooms were clean and quiet. For those who want to cook, all amenities are there. More importantly to me, communications with the host by text were answered right away and that was a plus for me.There are plenty of mom & dad type restaurants around the place. An interpreter is app is definitely needed with some of them. It's about a 10 min drive to the river walk on the Bund and to get to the Shanghai...
